Thank you to everyone who attended Chow on Church, presented by the City of Orlando's Downtown Development Board! We were thrilled to bring together local restaurants, downtown professionals, and community members for an afternoon of food and connection at Inter&Co Stadium. The afternoon not only celebrated local flavor and community, but also benefited the Parramore District and the Parramore Community Engagement Council. Orlando Health Expands Central Florida Footprint with Two New Projects
Orlando Health is growing its regional presence with a new 40-acre health and wellness campus in Viera and a freestanding emergency department in Eustis opening this fall.The Viera campus will include a seven-story hospital, more than 240 beds, and approximately 1,000 jobs, while the Eustis location debuts this fall with 10 exam rooms and imaging and lab services. 2026 MICHELIN Guide Florida Recognition
Orlando is now home to 61 MICHELIN-recognized restaurants, spanning six starred venues, 14 Bib Gourmands, and 41 Recommended designations following the 2026 MICHELIN Guide Florida announcement. Among the newly recognized, three Downtown Orlando Partnership members earned MICHELIN Recommended honors: June, Sparrow, and Osteria Ester. Congratulations on this great achievement! JLL's 2026 Global Occupancy Planning Benchmark Report, drawing from 84 organizations representing 716 million square feet across six global regions, reveals an industry at a critical juncture as companies shift from reactive planning to predictive intelligence. Key findings show global office utilization has risen to 56%, the actual-to-target utilization gap has narrowed for the first time, and improving space data accuracy has jumped to the second-highest corporate real estate priority as organizations build AI-ready foundations.
