Family Day at the Orlando Museum of Art
This Saturday, April 25, the Orlando Museum of Art is hosting a free Family Day from 11 AM to 2 PM., inspired by the space-themed exhibition Dennis Scholl: A Day of Four Sunsets. Guests can enjoy hands-on art activities with Analog Astronaut Sharife Gacel, live music from the Orlando Youth Chamber Ensembles, solar telescope viewing, STEAM activities with the Orlando Science Center, storytelling, dance performances, and more. Heart of Florida United Way Extends Free Tax Prep Services
The Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program through Heart of Florida United Way has added two extra days of free tax preparation, available on Monday, April 27 and Monday, May 4 from 10 AM to 2 PM at 1940 Cannery Way. Visit Orlando Hosts Travel & Tourism Event
Coinciding with National Travel and Tourism Week, Visit Orlando is bringing together industry professionals on Thursday, May 7 at the Orange County Convention Center's Valencia Ballroom to celebrate the people and partnerships driving Central Florida's tourism community. For more than 80 years, Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Florida has supported children and families across the region, including a long-standing presence in downtown Orlando.
