The Jacksonville Jaguars Are Coming to Orlando in 2027
NFL owners unanimously approved the Jacksonville Jaguars' temporary relocation to Camping World Stadium for the 2027 season, a deal made possible by Florida Citrus Sports, City of Orlando, and Orange County. The move brings nine regular season home games to downtown Orlando and is projected to generate $160 million in economic impact, draw more than 780,000 attendees, and further cement Orlando's standing as a major league sports market. CFCArts Executive Director Named Central Floridian of the Year Finalist
Justin Muchoney, executive director of Central Florida Community Arts, has been named a finalist for the Orlando Sentinel's Central Floridian of the Year award, recognized for his work building community through the arts across Central Florida. Since stepping into the role in April 2025, Muchoney has grown participation by 20%, eliminated the organization's debt, and expanded programs serving neurodivergent performers and older adults.
