Orlando Bids to Host Olympic Qualifier Series 2028
Orlando has officially entered the candidate process to host the final stop of the Olympic Qualifier Series 2028, a six-sport event featuring BMX freestyle, skateboarding, climbing, 3x3 basketball, beach volleyball, and flag football in the lead-up to the LA 2028 Olympic Games. The Greater Orlando Sports Commission, City of Orlando, Orange County, and Visit Orlando are among the partners backing the bid, which would bring the event to a newly renovated Camping World Stadium.
