Orlando Plan Includes $100M Placeholder for SunRail Airport Expansion
Orlando’s newly approved 2025–2030 Capital Improvements Plan includes a potential $100 million allocation to support SunRail’s long-awaited airport expansion by 2030. The project, which would connect downtown to Orlando International Airport and the tourism corridor, remains contingent on federal, state, and local funding partnerships.
