Magnolia Avenue Two-Way Conversion
Downtown Orlando is preparing to begin the first phase of a major transformation with the conversion of Magnolia Avenue to two-way traffic. The $2.7 million project will add wider sidewalks, new street parking, and improved pedestrian access, with completion expected in 2026. It’s the first step in the city’s $750 million Downtown Action Plan, which also includes converting Orange and Rosalind into two-way avenues by 2028. Read more about the project here.
Ride Pooling Coming to Ride DTO
Ride DTO has added pooling to its service. Riders may now be matched with another passenger traveling in the same direction. The change is designed to cut down on wait times, improve efficiency, and make getting around downtown easier. As part of the launch, riders can use code Fall25 for three free rides during October. Interstruct Design + Build Third Thursday

Magic Preseason Games Coming to FanDuel Sports Network
FanDuel Sports Network, the local TV and streaming home of the Orlando Magic, will broadcast three preseason games leading into the 2025–26 NBA season. Coverage begins Oct. 4 when the Magic face the Miami Heat in Puerto Rico, followed by home matchups against the Heat (Oct. 12) and New Orleans Pelicans (Oct. 16).
