See the full list and register for the luncheon here.12th Annual Orlando Women's ConferenceThe 2022 Orlando Women's Conference, presented by AdventHealth and Orange Appeal, will take place at the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts on Tuesday, September 13, at 8am. This one-day event is built around the concept of growing, nurturing, and empowering women leaders. DOP is honored to have our Executive Director, Jill Vaughan, as one of this year's panelists in the Define and Refine Your Brand morning session. 2022 HCCMO Matchmaking Expo & Graduation CeremonyThe Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Metro Orlando (HCCMO) is hosting their 2022 Hispanic Business Matchmaking Expo & Graduation Ceremony to kick-off the celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month on Thursday, September 15, from 8am to 11am at the USTA National Campus. The Supplier Diversity Matchmaking Expo allows diverse business owners to develop relationships with government agencies, major corporations, and other local businesses looking to increase diverse vendor participation. There will also be a special ceremony in recognition & graduation of he 2021-22 HCCMO Supplier Diversity Academy 2.0 participants. There is limited capacity, so don't wait until last minute to register!

DID YOU KNOW?The Deadline to Apply for Fusion Fest is Approaching!This year's FusionFest will take place Thanksgiving weekend, November 26-27, at the Dr. Phillips Center of the Performing Arts. The deadline to apply is on September 1st and is open for food or merchandise vendors, visual arts exhibitions, dancers, and performers. FusionFest is a free, two-day multicultural festival in the heart of Downtown Orlando bringing thousands of Central Floridians together to experience art, culture, foods, interactive activities, and innovative collaborations. Apply to participate before the deadline!Magical Dining Begins TomorrowVisit Orlando's 17th Magical dining is back from August 26 through October 2, serving three-course, prix-fixe dinners for $40 per person at many of Orlando's most acclaimed restaurants. Every meal served will donate $1 to The Able Trust, which is helping expand employment opportunities for people with disabilities in Central Florida. View the participating restaurants here.Central Florida's Toll Road is Expanding Near Camping World StadiumThe Central Florida Expressway Authority has proposed new ramps and an expansion of roadway near Camping World Stadium. The roadway authority in partnership with the city of Orlando has proposed new ramps on eastbound and westbound State Road 408 at Tampa Avenue. It also wants to relocate a westbound ramp for Orange Blossom Trail and add an additional lane eastbound on the toll road from John Young Parkway to Orange Blossom Trail. Other improvements would include improved sidewalks and lighting for pedestrians along Tampa Avenue. Read the full article here.
